EVERYDAY WE TRADE WITHOUT TRADING
Once a friend of mine told me,I really hate to trade.Trading is always risky.I said to him, but you have to trade daily without a trading a/c.Then it's better to trade in a trading a/c and earn unlimited.He replied ,No I don't trade at all.
I said whatever you buy from the market at low price and sell at high price is called trading. If you buy gold and wait when it will be low then buy.Sometimes you sell it at high price if you need money.Everything you buy always find a good quality and low price.This is our daily habit.I mean we all are traders without trading a/c.
For another example if you buy USD 2000 in the abroad in exchange of your indian currency.If the current rate is 1 USD= 50 INR ,then how much you have to pay ? INR 100000 for USD 2000.
When you return from that country you have left USD 2000 then you exchange it,you got only 80000 INR.You must ask them why ? They will reply you Sir, now the USD/INR rate is 40 that is 1 USD =40 INR.You must be excited how it changed.This is the time to buy or hold the USD that I have and sell it when it's price again 50 INR.This is called forex trading .
